Normative Ethics

Jul 27, 2024 | Audio, Ethics

Dr. Bahnsen teaches an advanced, seminary-level course in ethics, which examines what has been variously called deontological ethics, the ethics of duty, or the ethics of law. After tracing the historical engagement of various thinkers and schools of philosophy with normative ethics, Dr. Bahnsen pivots to ethical apologetics, defending God’s written revelation in the Old and New Testaments as the abiding norm for all of life.
